Warranty Policy

This warranty provided by Salom is subject to the conditions set forth herein. Salom guarantees and tests the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship within the limited warranty duration. Salom will provide repair or replacement service during the warranty period. This warranty does not apply to Product failure due to neglect, accident, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, abnormal strain, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, abnormal electrical power condition, extremes in temperature or humidity or any problems with other force majeure issue. In addition, opening or tampering with the product casing, or any physical damage, abuse or alteration to the product’s surface, including all warranty or quality stickers, product serial or electronic numbers will also void the product warranty. Salom will not be liable for damages resulting from a third party device that causes the product to fail. Salom shall in no event be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, lost profits, lost business investments lost goodwill, or interference with business relationships as a result of lost data. Salom is also not responsible for damage or failure to any third party equipment, even if Salom has been advised of this possibility. This limitation does not apply to the extent that it is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law.

Limitation of Warranty

All Salom products are covered with 2 years warranty to the products itself, but not responsible for providing free repairs if the warranty verification or product defect is caused by any of the following factors: 

(1) Damage caused by natural calamity, any inappropriate usage, mishandling, or normal wear and tear parts such as rubber or wrap.
(2) Product has been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technicians. 
(3) Rechargeable batteries are limited to 6 months warranty from purchase date.
(4) Products purchased from unauthorized agents. This limited warranty covers only repairs or replacements of Salom products.
(5) Unable to provide valid evidence to verify the purchase date, including but not limited to purchase invoice, receipt, payment record, etc.
(6) This Warranty shall not apply to the transferees of Salom products and/or anyone who stands to profit from this Warranty without prior written authorization from Salom.

Disclaimer

(1) The warranty Salom provides on Salom products (“products”) is limited to repair and inspect in-warranty products.
(2) Salom shall in no event be liable for any defect or damage occurred during the delivery of in-warranty products.
(3) In no event shall Salom be liable under this statement for loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages to the extent that those losses or damages can be disclaimed by law.
(4) This warranty is solely and entirely on the products and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether in oral or written, between you and Salom.
(5) In the event that the law of certain country or region stipulates a maximum warranty period on products, Salom will, in such country or region, provide technical support and warranty service to local consumers in accordance with such stipulation.
(6) In the event that the law of certain country or region prohibits the exclusion of implied warranty, Salom shall, in such country or region, only be liable for the implied warranty on the products during expressed warranty period by Salom.
